An amazingly relaxing night and a perfect spot to explore launceston. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
A wonderful surprise as I step through the gate. Who doesn’t love a bathtub out on the deck? I found it rather hard to roll out of of this comfy, soft, cosy, warm bed to go out and explore Tasmania. But then I realised there was that delicious breakfast waiting for me…my one reason to literally roll out of bed. The turntable singing out The Beatles album was a superb touch as I got ready, ate my breakfast and sipped my morning coffee as I listened to birds chirping in the background. Thank you for sharing this tranquility with me!
Absolutely perfect! We loved every moment of our stay. Thank you.
We certainly didn’t arrive as we left! This calm, serene and peaceful setting has worked it’s magic and has set the scene for our 35th wedding anniversary week in Tasmania.

Dear Rebecca & Jack, You have created a unique getaway spot. The gardens are peaceful and perfect. The bathroom and outside tub is a piece of art. The bed and chairs are luxurious. Your dog and especially the cat are stunning beyond words. “Pure Magic”
Thank you very much for this delightful room and a restful, relaxing last night in Launceston for us. It is indeed as you describe ‘an immersive experience’ and connected us to the marvellous heritage in the streets beyond. It was so nice to have a delicious breakfast from the comfort of the room. Thanks again.
What a lovely place! Totally relaxing. I spent time in the garden, enjoyed drawing, loved playing the Beatles on the record player. Calm, peaceful surroundings help to restore the soul! The bath was divine & I enjoyed opening the sliding door and being immersed in the magnolia tree. I totally relaxed. Thankyou.
Very lovely stay and comfortable. Thank you for your welcome.
In your beautiful Ballroom I had a little fantasy. I dreamt of wonder, past memories, things that made me laugh and people who made me cry. In the morning when I woke the music of a distant choir sang to me like angels floating above the convent. Thankyou for your Ballroom of Love.”
